LJ Gifting
I know it seems ridiculous, but I actually think the LJ virtual gifts are cute and it's kind of fun to see them on people's user info. I've thought about sending some to a few people, but then I wonder if they'll be like, "What a waste!" But it's really not very different from buying cards and mailing them, since they often get thrown away in the end anyway. What do you think?

EDIT: The "userpics" answer in the second question would mean you already had a paid account--I realized I worded that wrong because I don't think you can have extra userpics on a PLUS or BASIC account...or can you?
